Grantsville is AMAZING! Thanks to all those who helped in the event on Saturday for Jared and Dwayne!!!

This weekend was a success. Grantsville did a great job with the Charity event held in Jared and Dwayne's honor. It was also allot of fun. There were fun cars, good food, a great car wash and lots of fun stuff to buy. Thank you to all those who helped in any way. It was great!!!!!!!!

Also on Saturday Jared was able to come home from the hospital. He was looking forward to that for a long time. He is doing good. He loves being home. We are all grateful that he was able to come home finally after three week.

  1. We are so happy to see Jared home. Michelle was just beaming at sacrament meeting on Sunday. She must be so relieved that they are both home! Way to go Grantsville! I knew I lived here for a reason! Happy healing!

  3. We represent a group of friends and co-workers organizing a fundraiser golf tournament for Jared and Dwayne Perry.

Jared and his son Dwayne were involved in an extremely serious motor vehicle accident on Highway 201, July 18th. They were transported to the University of Utah Medical Center in Critical condition, and they have both undergone several surgeries to repair the injuries sustained in the accident.

The good news is that they are finally out of the hospital; however, there is still a long road to full recovery. The Perry family has incurred tremendous costs from the medical treatment, and Jared will be unable to return to work for some time.

We are hosting a fundraising golf tournament at The Copper Club in Magna, on August 29, 2009. We are looking for both monetary donations for this event as well as prize items to be raffled off. All proceeds will go to the Perry family to be used for medical expenses as well as living expenses until Jared is able to return to work.

Thank you for your donation considerations in advance. If you have any questions, please contact Leonard Schwartz @ (801) 613-9052 or Travis Thorsen @ (801) 913-5304.
